Welcome to CustomerValueCenter. Our mission is to help accelerate the development and diffusion of knowledge about the various elements of customer value and how they fit into different business and pricing strategies.

We serve three groups:

  • For anyone interested in getting a basic grounding in value analysis for business-to-business contexts, we provide a Guide to Business Case Value Analysis here on this website. (Click on the book to your right.)
     
  • We also provide teaching materials free of charge to colleagues in accredited academic institutions for use in MBA courses and executive programs they teach.
     
  • Finally, we license CVC materials to corporate training groups for use in their own internal programs.

Through an affiliated website, B2BPricing.com, we also offer a roster of web briefings, seminars, and workshops to help managers get up to speed quickly on the key elements of value-based strategies in B-to-B markets.

CVC's learning tools foster fast uptake and solid retention of core concepts. Graphic frameworks and memorable icons help clarify the different circumstances conducive to different pricing strategies, to different market share goals, and to different competitive engagement postures in the different parts of a market. They also provide a well-defined vocabulary of value positions that helps people at the different levels of an organization communicate more effectively with one another around the different strategic options they face.
